Main features:

Wide wrapping Range

• Wide wrapping range is available for versatile wrapping application. The maximum wrapping length is up to 300mm, and the wrapping width may be adjusted up to 220 mm for various products.
• Film coil chuck is capable of handling wrapping film up to 500 mm in width.

Rapid Size Changeover

• Various attachments such as self-centering film coil chuck, synchronous adjusting products guides, adjustable forming box and twin film coil chucks are available for rapid size changeover.

Superior Mechanical Design

• Automatic fin sealing opener, fin-seal pulling device, pre-heater and gusseting device are also available for compact wrapping.
• Built-in fin roller speed adjusting device ensures wrapping film feed properly.

Safety Features

• For safety consideration, two emergency stop pushbuttons are facilitated on the front of machine and product in-feeding sides.
• All heat seals, transmission and rotary components are covered with safety guards to protect operator.
• All the food products contact surface are made of stainless steel or anti-corrosive materials to comply with the FDA or food industrial regulations.
